"I am reaching an age where all I really want to do at the moment is interpret my songs," Bowie said. "I may turn back to the theatre."
Bowie acted on the stage in the '60s and recorded a rock opera in 1974. "Diamond Dogs" was inspired by George Orwell's novel, "1984."
